पिंपरी (दि. १३ ऑगस्ट २०२४) :- राज्यात मराठा आणि ओबीसींमध्ये आरक्षणाच्या प्रश्नावरून वाद पेटलेला आहे. त्यावरुन विधानसभेच्या निवडणुकीत सर्वच राजकीय पक्षांचा चांगलाच कस लागणार आहे. त्यातच आता माळी समाजाने राज्यातील ४४ विधानसभा मतदार संघांवर दावा केला. याठिकाणी जो राजकीय पक्ष संधी देईल अशांच्या पाठीशी उभे राहण्याचा ठराव माळी समाज हक्क परिषदेत करण्यात आला. तसेच मराठा समाजाला ओबीसीमधून नव्हे तर स्वतंत्र आरक्षण द्यावे आणि ५४ लाख कुणबी मराठा नोंदी रद्द कराव्या, अशी मागणी पुढे आली.
रविवारी डांगे चौकात माळी समाज हक्क परिषद आयोजित केली होती. या परिषदेला आमदार योगेश टिळेकर, माजी आमदार दीप्ती चौधरी, माळी महासंघाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अविनाश ठाकरे, राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष संतोष लोंढे, काळूराम गायकवाड, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अरुण तिखे, सचिव नानासाहेब कांडलकर, महिला प्रदेश अध्यक्ष शुभांगी लोंढे, शहर अध्यक्ष प्रदीप जगताप, माजी नगरसेवक वसंत लोंढे, संजय जगताप, भरत आल्हाट, आप्पा बोराटे, दिलीप दर्शले, विजय दर्शले आदी सह पिंपरी चिंचवड, पुणे शहर, पुणे जिल्ह्यातून २१० प्रतिनिधींसह वेगवेगळ्या पक्ष, संघटनांमध्ये कार्यरत माळी समाजाचे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
सकाळी पहिल्या सत्राच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी नवनिर्वाचित आमदार योगेश टिळेकर होते. या सत्रात प्रतिनिधींचा परिचय झाला. नंतरच्या दुसऱ्या सत्राच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी माळी महासंघाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अविनाश ठाकरे हे होते. त्यात राजकीय विषयांवर मंथन झाले. प्रामुख्याने यापूर्वी समाजाचे विधानसभेत किमान १८ ते २० आमदार विजयी व्हायचे. आता ही संख्या का कमी झाली? असा मुद्दा पुढे आला. तेव्हा समाज संघटित असल्याने हे यश मिळत होते. समाजाला आता पुन्हा संघटित व्हावे लागेल असा सूर उमटला. या अनुषंगाने राजकीय दिशा ठरविण्याबाबत विचार मंथन करण्यात आले. तुषार शिंदे, अमोल रासकर, बळीराम माळी, स्वप्नील वाघमारे आदींनी परिषदेचे यशस्वी आयोजन केले.

माळी महासंघाच्या माध्यमातून जून महिन्या पासून राज्यात ठिकठिकाणी घेतल्या गेलेल्या माळी समाज हक्क परिषदे मुळे सर्वच राजकीय पक्षावर जो दबाव गट निर्माण झाला, त्यामुळे मला विधानपरिषद उमेदवारी मिळाली आणि मी विजयी झालो. त्यामुळे माळी समाज हक्क परिषदेचा मी पहिला लाभार्थी ठरलो आहे, याचा मला अभिमान आहे. राज्यातील ४४ मतदार संघात माळी समाजाची ताकत जास्त आहे. त्यामुळे या मतदार संघात आपल्या समाजाला प्रतिनिधित्व देण्यासाठी मी पक्षाकडे प्रयत्न करणार आहे. राज्यातील ४४ मतदार संघात माळी समाजाचे प्राबल्य आहे. तेथे सर्वच राजकीय पक्षाने माळी समाजाला प्राधान्य द्यावे. जो पक्ष उमेदवारी देईल त्याच्या पाठिशी समाजाने खंभिरपणे उभे राहीले पाहिजे. ज्या ठिकाणी समाजाचा सक्षम उमेदवार आहे पण त्याला कोणत्याही पक्षाने उमेदवारी न दिल्यास अपक्ष म्हणून समाजाने पाठबळ द्यावे.
